209 for the week from Saturday, January 7th, through Friday, January 13th the Laurens County Emergency Medical Services responded to 209 calls. According to Michael Sullivan the Education Coordinator for the Laurens CountyEMS there were a total of 123 patients transported, 88 of whom went to the Laurens County Hospital, while the remainder went to other facilities in the area. There were also 32 patients treated or evaluated by the Laurens CountyEMS who were not transported.
