Three Burglaries

Three burglaries were reported in the Fountain Inn area yesterday between 6:30 in the morning and 3:30 in the afternoon. The first complainant a Durbin Ridge Road woman stated to the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office that sometime between 11:30 and 3 someone entered into her residence by the kitchen window, and took her husband’s gold watch, miscellaneous jewelry, her capital one credit card, two hundred dollars in cash and coins, a Wii gaming system, four controllers, 10-12 games, three social security cards, and a Nintendo 3ds. The total estimated value of the missing items is $1,315.

The second person, also a Durbin Ridge Road woman stated that it looked like someone had gained entry into the residence by the side door closest to the drive way, sometime between 7:30 and 3:30. She reported that she was missing 14 firearms with a total estimated value of just over $5,000. The deputy stated that a photo id of one of the other two victims sons was found at her residence.

The last a Park Road woman stated that when she got home she observed a footprint on her back door. She reported that two of her bedrooms had been ransacked, and that she was missing a large water jug full of change, and miscellaneous gold and silver jewelry, that was inside of four jewelry boxes that are also missing. The total estimated value of the missing items is $2,100. All of these incident have been passed on to the investigation division of the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office.
