The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a Dollar General store in Gray Court at 12:30 Saturday afternoon on a counterfeit case. Someone had reportedly tried to purchase items using a counterfeit 100 dollar bill. The fake note was taken into evidence.
