ClintonPublic Safety responded to Bailey Street Tuesday afternoon on a report of a motor vehicle break-in. Officers talked with two witnesses who indicated they had observed the subject in the victim’s car between 3 and 4 pm. A 17-year-old male was identified as the person entering the vehicle. Nothing was taken, and the owner didn’t want charges filed. He did want the subject placed on trespass notice.
