South Carolina Probation and Parole yesterday arrested 43-year-old Nicholas Jason “Nick” Richard of 217 Knightinggale Road,Piedmont. He’s charged with Violation of Probation. An arrest warrant cites an alleged failure to report, to pay supervision fees and restitution and also accusing him of moving without permission. Nick Richard was being held in theLaurensCountyDetentionCenterfor a bond hearing today.
