Laurens County Hospital CEO Rich D’Alberto announced that midnight tonight is the time the hospital will switch from the current software operating system the hospital has used for years to a new system that is anticipated to provide for the new needs that currently exist and will grow in future years. This comes after a three-year period of selection and implementation. D’Alberto said hospital management will be on hand to assist should there be any issues in what he anticipates will be a smooth transfer from the old to the new computer system.
