Laurens Police were notified of a problem with an unruly 14-year-old female around 4:15 yesterday afternoon. A local woman indicated she was driving on Farley Avenue when her niece became unruly. The woman said she pulled over to the side of the road to handle the problem, and her niece scratched her in the face and on the hand. Sgt.
