Clinton Public Safety Officer Peay arrested two Joanna men early yesterday morning in connection with damage to a window at a Clinton Manor Apartment. Both were issued citations charging Public Intoxication at 1:53am yesterday at Clinton Manor. Warrants were also served charging both men with breaking a window in an apartment at Clinton Manor yesterday. Bonds on the Malicious Damage to Private Property were set at $1,092 for each man. $262 bonds were set on the Public Intoxication charges.
Following their early morning arrest, 43-year-old Ernest Dewayne Eubanks of 5598 Whitmire Highway, Joanna and 25-year-old Joshua Dewayne “Josh” Woodard of 414 Browning Avenue, Joanna were released on Personal Recognizance at 8:20 and 8:27 yesterday morning.
