Domestic Violence Arrests

   The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office yesterday filed two assault charges on a man who was arrested Sunday and held for those charges. 41-year-old Fredrick Lavon “Fred” Reeder of 169 Shealy Circle, Cross Hill was charged with 1st Offense Criminal Domestic Violence for an alleged assault on one woman and with Assault and Battery 3rd Degree for an alleged assault on another female victim. The Criminal Domestic Violence warrant cites an altercation with one victim Sunday causing physical harm or fear of imminent peril to the victim. The Assault and Battery warrant alleges that Fredrick Reeder assaulted one victim by pushing her in her lower back at 169 Shealy Circle, Cross Hill Sunday.

Fred Reeder was released from the Johnson Detention Center late yesterday afternoon on posting Personal Recognizance bonds of $2,179 on the Domestic Violence charge and $470 on the Assault and Battery.

 

 Clinton Public Safety arrested 25-year-old Kayla R. Bradberry of Apartment T-2 at Westchase, Clinton over the weekend on a charge of 1st Offense Criminal Domestic Violence. She was released from City Jail late Monday morning on payment of a $2,150 cash or surety bond.
