A woman released from jail yesterday returned to her home and discovered it had been broken into since she was incarcerated on December 7th. The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the residence on Warrior Creek Church Road at 11:25 yesterday morning. The woman said that someone had broken into her house and taken a 47 inch TV from her bedroom. She said that a bigger, 60-inch TV and some tools were also taken from the house, but that she found out her mother had taken them so they wouldn’t be stolen. Value of the TV she thinks was stolen was set at $500.
