The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office yesterday arrested a woman on charges of taking a Four-Wheel ATV back in July of 2011. 28-year-old Kristi Marcel “Kris”Dubose of 1133 Fleming Street Extension, Laurens was charged with Grand Larceny. Sheriff’s Investigator Jawarski Shelton states that on July 25, 2011 Kristi Dubose took a 2004 Honda EX400 four-wheeler valued at $4,000 with intent to deprive the victim. This allegedly occurred at her residence on Fleming Street Extension, which was reportedly also the address of the victim. A $5,000 personal recognizance bond was set on the charge, but Kris Dubose remained in the Johnson Detention Center earlier this morning with a HOLD for the City of Clinton. Public Safety reportedly has Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges for Ms. Dubose.
