South Carolina Department of Pardon, Probation and Parole yesterday placed 37-year-old Quinton Rainey of 1302 South Bell Street, Clinton in the Laurens County Detention Center, where he was charged with a Sex Offender Registration Violation. In the arrest warrant, Laurens County Sheriff’s Officer Bobby Galarza alleges that Quinton Rainey failed to contact the Sheriff to register as a sex offender on October 13, 2011 as required by law. Mr. Rainey was being held earlier today for arraignment on this charge, and for Pardon, Probation and Parole.
