The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Lida Road in Upper Laurens County –in the Woodruff area – late yesterday morning on a Burglary report. A woman indicated someone had opened her key pad lock to enter the house, perhaps between 9:30 and 11:20 yesterday morning. Nothing was missing from yesterday, but the woman said that someone had entered the house in the past and took some jewelry.
