Laurens County Deputy Sheriff Brent Rushing was dispatched to Williams Road, Gray court at 10:56 last night on a report of a dispute in progress. He and Lt. Marty Crain reportedly found a man who said several people were trying to fight him at the location. They reportedly found that a resident of the house had materials used in the making of methamphetamine. 50-year-old Donald Earle James II of 73 Williams Road, Gray Court was arrested and placed in the Johnson Detention Center overnight. He was being held for a warrant to charge him with Manufacture of Methamphetamine. Major Hudson was dispatched to clean up the alleged meth lab.
