A Clinton man was arrested this past weekend on charges that he brandished a pocket knife and used threatening language directed at another man. 33-year-old Billy Ray Knight of 65 Randall Drive was arrested at 3:33 Sunday morning, then charged with Simple Assault. A warrant alleges the threatening action occurred at Oakland Trailer Park. Knight was also charged with Public disorderly Conduct. He was released later Sunday morning on personal recognizance bonds.
