The Lauens County Sheriff’s Office responded to a business location on North Main Street, Joanna at 7:18 last evening to investigate a break-in. One of the buildings had been broken into sometime since the 22nd of this month. Items noted as missing were a mini-bike valued at $500 and a heavy-duty electrical cord valued at $100.
The Sheriff’s Office investigated the theft of $2,100 worth of lawn equipment from a location on Highway 76 West in the Hickory Tavern area between 7 Tuesday evening and 2 yesterday afternoon.
Laurens County Deputies last evening investigated the theft of a golf cart valued at $1,420 from Burdette Road, Gray Court. The theft is believed to have occurred between 6pm Tuesday and 3:30 yesterday afternoon.
