Three 18-year-old students were arrested yesterday on charges of thefts and malicious damage from inside Laurens District 55 High School last Thursday. The arrests came following a report that subjects were breaking locks off lockers and taking money. The Laurens County Sheriff’s office yesterday served each with warrants charging two counts of Petit Larceny and one count of Malicious Damage, accusing them of taking $500 cash from one victim and less than $500 cash from another, and accusing them of doing less that $1,000 damage to lockers in the school. The 18-year-olds booked on the three charges yesterday were Markel Jamal Bolden of 1023 Quarry Road, Gray Court, Quadra Alonte Mosley of 156 Ropp Street, Gray Court and 18-year-old Jarkeivous Devante Scott Epps of 325 Robinson Road, Laurens. Each student was later released on three $470 personal recognizance bonds.
