The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office served charges on three suspects yesterday in connection with an alleged break-in of a dwelling outside Gray Court on Monday. The three are accused of entering a dwelling on Martin’s Lake Road without consent and with intent to commit a crime therein. Warrants accuse the three of entering the dwelling on September 30th at night and/or armed with a deadly weapon, which appeared to be a revolver. Each of the suspects are accused of taking a pistol valued at $200 from the victim of that address. All three suspects were also served with warrants yesterday charging them with Possession of Cocaine, a schedule II controlled substance, without authority to do so.
Booked yesterday were 19-year-old Davis Mitchell Miles II of 120 Cooper’s Bridge Road, Woodruff, 20-year-old Brittany Evon Moore of 311 Hawkins Street, Wellford and 28-year-old Brian Skeslock of 2927 West Crosscut Way, Sevierville, Tennessee. Each was charged with 1st Degree Burglary, Petit Larceny and with Possession of Cocaine.
They were set for a 9 am bond hearing today on the three charges, but jail records note they are also to be held for additional charges in further warrants to be served later today.
