Classic Southern Soul

WLBG has featured the sweet sounds of Classic R&B and Southern Soul since the eraly 1980′s and still continues the tradition Monday through Thursday evenings from 9:00 pm to Midnight and The “All Request Live Southern Soul Blues Cruise and Revue” Sunday afternoons from 3:00 Pm to 7:00 pm. The host of these programs is veteran disk jockey and music promoter Ralph “Rollercoaster” McDowell.  The Rollercoaster invites everyone to call in their requests and dedications every Sunday afternoon beginning at 3:00 pm. From the hottest Southern Soul to the rarest soul classic, Rollercoaster spins them all.
