My husband and I saw the potential for growth and advantages in this area over 10 years ago before moving here in 2002. We are extremely happy of how the great Greenville area has grown and the amount of jobs and people coming to this area. We invested our time and money in property on W Main Street here in Laurens. We restored an old 1930 original filling station which hosts a monthly car cruise-in and many, many photo shoots. We have had visitors to our little station from France, England, Germany, Japan, Australia and all over the US. The downtown square of Laurens has so much potential. Our dream of buying a building in the downtown square will soon come true. We plan on spending our "retirement years" restoring and opening up a unique shop that will be known for Soda Pop Collectables, Old Cars, and much more. We see the possibility of getting Laurens SC back "on the map" of being once again a prosperous and desirable place to live and shop!! Rich & Cindy Kuhnel

My prayers go out to all the Brewington's as well as our Soldiers...Without their bravery, we would not be able to live as we do.
God is with you Kevin :) I thank God that I'm an American
